Under the bonnet stands a powerful V8 from the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (7.0L capacity!). Offering a lot of torque, it’s the ideal tool to get out of the dunes linked to its 6 gears Sadev sequential gearbox.

But the main strength of this vehicle is the axles. The cross-country regulations permit the buggies to get a very large suspension range (440mm) which can help these cars to get out of every tricky crossing situation. And even if it does not, lift cylinders are there to move the vehicle out in case it’s stuck in the sand… Or to change wheels quicker!

Last but not least: the technical choices done for this kind of vehicle make them very light-weight. 1580kg including 2 spare wheels and all fluids in! This means minimal weight allowed.
